All pieces marked Made to Order will ship in 6 - 8 weeks.
All pieces marked Ready to Ship will ship in 7 business days.
All pieces marked One of a Kind will ship in 7 business days.
Shipping
I ship all packages fully insured through USPS Priority Mail. I do not offer international shipping at this time.
Philadelphia Local Pick up
**Please contact me before placing your order to confirm local pick up will be possible**
I offer local pick up for customers who can commute to an area of Philadelphia that is local to me. When you email me to arrange this, I will give you a discount code so you will not be charged for shipping at check out.
Order Cancellations / Returns
For made-to-order pieces, I accept order cancellations within 24 hours. After 24 hours, you are committed to your order.
Due to the nature of custom jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted. I do not issue refunds.
If you need to cancel your order or if you have any issues with your order please fill out my Contact Form and I will work with you to find a solution.
Lost / Stolen / Damaged Orders
All shipments are fully insured through USPS. I will work with you to promptly file a claim in the case of a lost / stolen / damaged order. If the insurance claim is denied I cannot issue a refund. I have access to the same tracking and shipping information as you. If your order is lost or stolen please send me a message through my Contact Form.
Failed Delivery
Please be aware that I am not responsible for failed deliveries. Packages may be returned or abandoned by the carrier after multiple failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or undeliverable address. I have no control over the carriers actions or how they tried to contact you. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. If the item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
One of a Kinds
One of a Kind pieces are not molded, I can recreate a similar version, but I cannot exactly replicate it. You can commission a recreation of a One of a Kind piece on my Commission Request Form. Resizing and adjustments are not possible unless noted on the listing.
Ring Sizing
If you are unsure of your ring size I strongly encourage you to have your ring size confirmed at a local jewelry store, as this is the only way to be certain of your ring size. Please keep in mind that thicker bands may fit more snug, you may need to size up, whereas thinner bands may fit looser or true to size. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out via my Contact Form.
I do offer ring resizing for *some* One of a Kind pieces, for a resizing fee of $60.
Ring resizing has limits, for most rings I can size up or down a full ring size. For some rings resizing will not be possible at all. If I feel a resizing will compromise the structural integrity or design of the ring, I reserve the right to decline.
Repairs
I only offer repairs for Moon Face Jewels Jewelry, I do not repair jewelry made by other jewelers. If your Moon Face Jewels piece needs to be repaired please reach out via my contact form here I will reply with an estimate, shipping costs will apply as well.
Jewelry Maintenance
Keep jewelry clean and dry.
Wipe down your jewelry after using lotions, salves, and perfumes in order to prevent unwanted tarnish.
Don't store jewelry alongside non-precious metal items. Over time, sterling silver pieces may naturally darken. to remove tarnish use a polishing cloth.
** Please be advised, some jewelry cleaners or tarnish removers may be harmful to some natural gemstones and freshwater pearls. Be sure to read the description and instructions of any jewelry cleaner or tarnish remover you use on Moon Face Jewels pieces. If you have any questions about using a jewelry cleaner or tarnish remover please reach out to me via my contact page**
I recommend using an ~extra~ soft tooth brush and dawn dish soap to clean your jewelry, this is especially good for removing dirt/lotion from underneath stones and crevices. Let your piece air dry completely. Then use a clean "sunshine" polishing cloth to remove any tarnish and restore shine to your piece.
